The Mixing Specialist will be responsible for operating and monitoring mixing equipment, following recipes accurately, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Mixing Specialist Requirements:
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills (measurements, weights, conversions)
Strong attention to detail
Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
Team player mindset with a strong work ethic
Mixing Specialist Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, monitor, and clean mixing equipment
Gather and measure the correct ingredients for each batch
Follow detailed recipes and mixing instructions
Ensure the right materials are used for each product
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift
