Candidates with warehouse or manufacturing experience tend to excel in this role. An ideal candidate should be able to learn hands on and work well with small to medium groups.

Requirements for Operator:

• Basic math skills

• Hands on learner

Responsibilities for Operator:

• Monitoring fill rates of bagging machine

• Observe and respond to all alarms

• Troubleshoot and repair issues

• Communicate progress to next shift

• Assist in warehouse as needed
