We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures
Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with other tasks and duties as needed to support the production process
