The Packaging Operator is a crucial role responsible for bagging all finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a facility in Sabetha, Kansas. Essential Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented individual who can ensure packaging specifications are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Flexibility and reliability in work assignments
Understanding of good manufacturing practices
Responsibilities:
Operate equipment associated with packaging assignments safely
Ensure packaging specifications are met accurately
Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area
Follow SOPs and suggest improvements when necessary
Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and respect towards colleagues
Report any unsafe conditions or acts to supervisors promptly
Work efficiently, effectively, and safely at all times
Identify and communicate food safety or product integrity issues to appropriate personnel
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
