Want to work in a production environment?, Essential Personnel is hiring Palletizers! This full-time position offers Monday-Friday hours from 2:00 PM-11:00 PM with a starting pay of $17.25/hour. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team. This position requires working in a freezer environment.
Palletizer Responsibilities:
Operate palletizing and production equipment safely and efficiently
Stack and organize products on pallets according to production standards
Wrap and secure pallets for storage and shipment
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Load and move products as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all company safety and food handling procedures
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Palletizer Requirements:
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a freezer/cold environment
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Dependable, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
