We are seeking a Parts Solutions Specialist to serve as the primary contact for customers seeking parts and equipment for agricultural and industrial material handling systems. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Parts Solutions Specialist Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customers seeking parts and equipment for agricultural and industrial material handling systems
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and web inquiries with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Provide technical assistance based on system specifications and application needs
Monitor and process web orders, providing online assistance as needed
Work with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and identify additional needs
Maintain parts inventory through order receiving, locating, shipment, and related duties
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment
Parts Solutions Specialist Requirements:
Sales experience
Feed and Grain industry experience
College degree of 2+ years experience in related field
Self-driven with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Professional written and verbal communication
Ability to sell, maintain customer relationships, and acquire new customers
Willingness to learn the feed & grain industry
Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
Research skills for locating and sourcing parts and solutions
