Requirements for Production:
Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
Strong attention to detail
Physical stamina to load and unload bins of laundry
Basic knowledge of selecting wash cycles
Reliable transportation to move bins between departments
Responsibilities for Production:
Load and unload bins of laundry in various states of cleanliness
Select and operate correct wash cycles
Transport bins from one department to another
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Being a cat mom isn’t the only responsibility of Jessica Slama’s. Jessica joined Essential Personnel in 2014 and is responsible for managing our branches. As a child, Jessica wanted to be an Engineer, now she engineers people’s careers by helping place them into positions and companies where they can build a career. We also discovered she gets her excitable personality from her mother.
