Bachelor's degree in related field; or a combination of education and experience with related or similar positions
2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic Knowledge of CNC machining

Responsibilities for Production supervisor:
Optimize work processes
Provide guidance to production teams ensuring constant improvement
Production planning in different work centers/work areas
Management of KPIs
