Essential Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill a Quality Assurance Technician position in Boone, IA. 1st shift available. As a Quality Assurance Technician you will gain knowledge of the facility, general food and ingredients production procedures, handle tasks through completion and look for ways to improve the process and personal performance.

Requirements for Quality Assurance Technician:

• Able to work independently

• Maintain, monitor and adjust equipment as needed

• Conduct and report internal audits & evaluations

• Strong attention to detail, analytical, verbal and written communication

• Previous experience in Food production

• Implement and improve quality processes

Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Technician:

• Perform quality checks

• Moving product up to 50#

• Ability to work on 1st and 2nd shift as needed

• Monitor flow of product

• Ensure finished product upholds standards

• Maintain clean and safe environment
