Requirements for Quality Control Technician:
Knowledge of GMP, SQF, and HACCP enforced by the FDA in Food production.
1 to 2 years experience in Food Manufacturing environment and Quality Assurance.
Current or Previous Certification in Food Safety.
Responsibilities for Quality Control Technician:
Ability to effectively communicate with production workers and QC Manager.
Organize, sort, and categorize information and production samples
Keep records up to date
Complete tasks assigned by QC Manager in a timely manner
