Ideal candidates will have a strong background in quality systems, validation, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, enjoy problem-solving, and have proven leadership abilities. Preferred candidates will have a Six Sigma Certification, a background in project management and a Master's degree but it's not required.

Requirements for Quality Manager:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Math/Statistics, or related field

• 3+ years in medical device manufacturing, validation, and PFMEA

• 1+ year of management or leadership experience

• Experience with quality tools

• Strong knowledge of statistical and sampling plans

Responsibilities for Quality Manager:

• Lead all quality engineering activities and incoming quality issues

• Ensure plant quality systems comply with regulations and are well-documented

• Oversee validation protocols, vendor qualifications, and process improvements

• Serve as point of contact during FDA, ISO, and third-party audits

• Mentor quality engineering staff and lead continuous improvement initiatives
