Requirements for Recruiter:

• Prefer 2 years of customer service or sales experience

Responsibilities for Recruiter:

• Conduct relationships with client hiring managers

• Conduct in person interviews

• Meet/exceed goals set by management

• Manage base of candidates and applicants, including immediate follow up

• Engage prospective clients

• Match job seekers to current job opportunities
