Restaurant Service Technician

Are you looking for a new career providing service and customer support to others? Essential Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill a Restaurant Service Technician position at a company in Grand Island. An ideal candidate should enjoy working with the public, be able to work independently, and have a great attendance record. Maintenance on restaurant equipment is preferred but is not required.

Requirements for Restaurant Service Technician:

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment

• Proven field service experience or training

• Ability to fabricate and assemble equipment

• Experience with refrigeration, and electrical preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

• Familiarity with restaurant equipment is preferred not required

Responsibilities for Restaurant Service Technician:

• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

• Produce timely and detailed service reports

• Document processes efficiently and effectively

• Provide service and customer support during field visits

• Follow all company filed procedures and protocols

• Build positive relationships with customers
