Candidates should posses excellent customer service skills, with previous sales experience preferred. An ideal candidate should have proficient computer skills and mechanical aptitude desired. Prior experience and knowledge in farm equipment is also preferred.
Requirements for Sales Representative:
Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred.
Excellent Customer service skills.
Strong written or oral communication skills.
Knowledge of Agricultural industry, equipment, and basic mechanics preferred.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Sales background preferred.
Responsibilities for Sales Representative:
Build strong relationships with customers focusing on long-term mutual growth.
Promotes products to customers.
Interacts with client contacts and perspective customers
Facilitating customer needs and requests
Locate parts for customers and educate about part functionality
Understands functions of equipment and can help customers trace and correct faults in a mechanical or electric system. (Troubleshooting)
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
