Love staying busy and keeping things running smoothly? Essential Personnel is hiring a Grain Elevator Scale Operator for our Client in the Wisner NE area. This position will coordinate truck traffic, weigh loads, grade grain, and provide outstanding customer service to our local farming community.
Scale Operator Responsibilities:
Weigh incoming & outgoing semi-trucks
Grade grain for quality
Enter accurate data into the system
Maintain a professional & friendly attitude with drivers and team members
Scale Operator Requirements:
Basic computer/data entry skills
Strong attention to detail
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Willing to work long hours & overtime during harvest
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
