The ideal candidate will work inside and outside during the summer Mid May through August.
Responsibilities for the Summer Assistant:
Harvest plant material according to defined protocol
Research Plot Maintenance
Weighting and Grinding Material in a lab setting
Field Data Collection
General housekeeping
Qualifications for the Insectary Research Assistant:
Ability to complete repetitive task
Travel to other fields (transportation is provided)
Work around soybean, corn, pollen, and dust
Work in various weather conditions
Team player
Reliable and dependable
