Qualifications for the Senior Production Engineer:
5 years of experience in design, manufacturing or process engineering
Understanding of lean principles, cost reduction and budgeting
Experience in steel fabrication processes
Previous 3D modeling and mechanical aptitude
Strong Written and verbal communication
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities for the Senior Production Engineer:
Plan and direct workflow
Determine and solve manufacturing wastes for areas of improvement
Engage and lead Kaizen Events
Possess a strong knowledge of technology, equipment, processes and prints
Identify and lead capital investment projects
Must be able to adhere to deadlines and handle multiple priorities
