Requirements for Field Manager:
Previous experience in a managerial role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities for Field Manager:
Manage incoming and outgoing equipment at the auction site
Ensure proper lot organization and maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the physical grounds and office space
Support auction readiness and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
Provide leadership and guidance to site staff
