Requirements for Specialized Parts Person:
Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and parts
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer systems and parts lookup software
2+ years of experience in parts inventory management or a related field
Responsibilities for Specialized Parts Person:
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and web inquiries regarding parts and equipment
Provide technical assistance and accurate parts recommendations based on equipment specifications and application needs
Monitor and process web orders while providing online customer support
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying additional parts or service needs
Manage parts inventory including receiving, stocking, locating, and shipping
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
