Requirements for Supply Chain Assistant
1 to 2 years of related manufacturing, production control, inventory, or administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Superior attendance record and ability to work independently
Responsibilities for Supply Chain Assistant
Enter customer purchase orders into the job costing system
Monitor jobs for accuracy and process material issues, inventory transfers, and job closings
Prepare quotes for new and existing products, mold repairs, and maintain pricing records
Assist with customer shipments, shipping documentation, and customer communication
Collect, prepare, scan, and electronically file job-related documentation
