Candidates must have at least one to two year of Human Resources experience. An ideal candidate should enjoy working with the public, be able to communicate in conversation, and have a great attendance record.

Requirements for Support Worker:

• Ability to communicate in spoken conversation

• Visual Acuity

• Ability to plan and coordinate

• bachelor degree in human resources

Responsibilities for Support Worker:

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Track progress of the treatment plan

• Complete char audit worksheets to track documentation
