Essential Personnel has an amazing new opportunity! We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill a Traveling Service Technician position for a national company in the Norfolk area. (This is a Direct Hire Position) This Traveling Service Technician will be traveling a 40 mile territory around Norfolk to maintain a daily schedule of stops to deliver, pick up, and maintain company machines placed in customer's facilities. An ideal candidate should have a professional demeanor, be a minimum of 21 years of age, be able to work independently and as a team member, have a valid drivers license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
Requirements for Traveling Service Technician:
Valid driver's license and maintenance of a satisfactory driving record.
Excellent ethics, integrity, attention to detail, and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Maintain a professional demeanor
Minimum of 21 years of age.
Responsibilities for Traveling Service Technician:
Deliver, pick up, and reconcile product as needed at customers locations
Collection and replenishment of product on scheduled route
Complete paperwork and follow established procedures.
Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled on daily route.
Perform all duties professionally and with excellent customer service, maintaining excellent ethics, integrity, and attention to detail.
Other duties as assigned
