Candidates preferably have at least 1-3 months of light maintenance or utility application experience. An ideal candidate should be a quick learner, be able to work independently, and have a great attendance record.

Requirements for Utility Worker:

• Able to work independently

• Superior attendance record

• Hard worker

• Can work at a fast pace

• Quality check experience preferred

• Able to use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures

Responsibilities for Utility Worker:

• Read specifications to determine machine adjustments

• Set stops or guides to specified length

• Observe machine operation to detect defects or machine malfunction

• Perform minor machine maintenance like oiling machine, dies, or work pieces

• Assist operators with machine setup and transport finished work pieces
