Do you have a passion for precision welding and working with a variety of metals? We re looking for a Welding Technician to join our team. In this role, you ll perform wire and spot welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys to meet strength and pressure standards. You'll also align and fit fabricated parts in preparation for structural assembly
Requirements for Welding Technician:
Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
Must be able to pass a weld test
Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Deftness and attention to detail
Responsibilities for Welding Technician
Wire welding on a variety of metals and alloys
Perform spot welding operations on various parts of products
Position, align, and fit together fabricated plates and structural shapes
Read blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures
Pass weld test to demonstrate proficiency
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs
Demonstrate attention to detail and precision in welding tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
